The scope of the executive search consultancy expands to include several countries and the "Sports & Outdoor" division.

That is why EO Executives is proud to welcome five exceptional talents to its ranks as new partners in the first quarter of 2024. Norma A. Hunter, Vassilios Ghenidis, Dan Trapp, Stephan Becker and Eric Teston will strengthen EO in future with their expertise in the field of executive search. The five new partners will bring new international perspectives and further expand the industry spectrum of the successful executive search consultancy.
Norma A. Hunter
Partner – People & HR
Norma A. Hunter supports EO Executives with the perspective of a former Head of Human Resources. Born in Scotland and fluent in German, Norma is currently based in London and Germany. She has experience in Big Data, Legal, MedTech and Consultancy, and brings particular knowledge in the specialised area of People & Culture as well as a large Human Resources network.

Vassilios Ghenidis strengthens the team of EO consultants in the area of finance and has specialised knowledge of leasing. He also has a strong network in his field. It is particularly important to the Stuttgart native to ensure a long-term partnership between the company and the candidate and to provide comprehensive support, even after the employment contract has been signed.

Dan Trapp will open the new EO Sports & Outdoor cluster in 2024, building on his previous expertise in this area. The British-born traveller, who now lives in France, also loves to expand his horizons and venture into new territories: He has a passion for travelling - and, according to him, feels that the journey is more important than the destinationl.

Stephan Becker joins EO Executives as a specialist in the consumer goods sector. In more than 25 years, the Frankfurt-based executive search consultant has gained extensive experience in companies of various legal forms, sizes and cultures, particularly in the beauty care and medical aesthetics sectors. As a former competitive hockey player, he knows how fundamental building a good team is for success and what is important in the processt.

Eric Teston joins the team of EO consultants as an expert in functioning digital solutions. It is particularly important to him to dynamically connect people and technology and thereby create added value. These are not just empty words for Eric: the Paris-based consultant also lives a dynamic life in his private life, has already worked in England, Belgium and the Netherlands in addition to France and plays pádel (a fast-paced mix of tennis and squash) in his spare time.

EO Executives was founded in 1997 and is now present in six countries worldwide with a total of 33 locations.
