The consultants at EO Executives once again beat more than 840 other Executive Search Firms in the 2023 WirtschaftsWoche survey, proving that their innovative approach, "The EO Way", works.
The success of a company stands and falls with the people who work for it. Companies simply cannot afford to make mistakes in hiring. For this reason, WirtschaftsWoche's Executive Search Index honours the best consultancies every year. EO Executives received this special award for the second time in 2023, placing it at the top of a total of more than 840 consultancies.
The method of the WirtschaftsWoche Executive Search index
The ranking is based on a questionnaire by Christel Gade, Professor at the IU International University of Applied Sciences. Between October 2022 and September 2023, around 2100 HR decision-makers gave 4500 individual assessments on how satisfied they were with the performance of the consultants they commissioned. Around 100 reference interviews were also conducted. Over 840 consultancies were named and rated. The comprehensive survey results were published online by WirtschaftsWoche on 8 December 2023.

EO Executives received the special award in two areas: "Automotive" and "Consumer Goods". This success shows that "The EO Way" is working. Instead of a single rigid team of consultants, EO uses diversified clusters that complement each other as required. In this way, an extremely broad field can be covered without sacrificing expertise. In 2024, EO Executives will focus on further international growth. Having already established a presence in Denmark and the UK in 2023, the company will open its first office in France in January 2024. A global competence team for sport & outdoor will also provide new impetus in terms of content and complement the range of EO expertise.
