Professional background
Oliver has been a partner at EO Germany since 2015 and has been filling critical positions in international companies for 20 years. His focus is on filling management positions and placing interim managers in the medical technology, dental, pharmaceutical and biotech markets. Functionally, it is often sales, marketing and product management positions for which clients benefit from his network and experience.
After studying business administration in Germany and France, Oliver gained management experience in technology start-ups and in an international technology consulting group, where he was most recently responsible for the business management in the MedTech and pharmaceutical sectors. He was Division Director with signatory power for the German subsidiary with sales of more than 200 million euros.
He is married, has two children and is involved in the Rotary Club Neandertal.
