Boasting over 25 years of expertise in commercial and operational leadership roles across diverse industries such as technology, telecom, software, SaaS, X-ray, and retail technology, Mads has also garnered invaluable experience within the start-up and scale-up ecosystem.

In his current role at EO, Mads focuses primarily on executive search and interim management in Denmark. By leveraging his expertise and passion for people, his goal is to identify and fill top-level positions, utilizing his extensive knowledge and network to connect with the best talent available. 

Having lived and worked in various countries, including England, Holland, and Sweden, Mads possesses a global mindset and a passion for innovation, particularly in the realm of technology.
