About Pierre Melis
Pierre, Managing Director of EO Executives BeLux since 2009 brings a wealth of business and management experience as well as a strong record of identifying, recruiting and developing exceptional people.
With hands-on experience in diverse roles as: Controller, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, Business Development Director, Managing Director and Partner in start-up, fast-growth, turnaround and distressed environments, he is well positioned to understand and translate business challenges and opportunities into talent requirements.
As Partner at KPMG Consulting in Belgium, responsible for operations and corporate development, Pierre was responsible for the coordination of the HR-strategy and -management. Having worked for organisations as: Wang, Unisys, Computer Sciences Corporation, Cambridge Management Consulting and KPMG Consulting in his home and international markets, Pierre developed consulting and management experience within the Technology (ICT), Professional Services and Consulting sectors.
Pierre holds a MSc in Macro-Economics from the Ghent University and an Executive MBA from the Vlerick Business School. Next to his line management positions, he has held several Non-Executive Director positions.
