For two consecutive years (2008-2009) is Eijkens with his company chosen as the "best Managed Company" of the Netherlands. In 2009 Eijkens won the Brabant entrepreneurial prize the "BOV" trophy (Best Entrepreneurial Vision).
In 2010 Eijkens won the Midden Brabantse "BORT" award and in 2011 at the last five of Entrepreneur of the Year of Ernst & Young. In 2012 Easystaff, participation of his company, belonged to the FD (Fast Growing) Gazelle of the Netherlands. With her project Social Sofa she has gained international fame. 1850 hand mosaic street sofa’s adorn the streets throughout the netherlands. Eijkens was also at the basis of the development 'TalentSquare', which houses 700 international (master) students in the centre of Tilburg.
