Born in Johannesburg (South Africa) in 1967, Michael moved to Vienna at the age of seven. After school, study of commercial sciences and job as a banker in Vienna, then 3 years in Prague. After around 10 years in finance, change to self-employment as business consultant. Working in healthcare since 2006: projects in Austria, Croatia and Germany. Foundation of two companies (establishment and management of health care centers) In parallel, additional training in systemic coaching and process management according to Lean Six Sigma.
