EO Executives: Success of Executive Search Consultancy's Approach Confirmed by Handelsblatt Award

EO Executives, an international executive search consultancy based in Germany, has been named one of the top 40 recruitment companies for 2024 by the German business newspaper Handelsblatt.

The award-winning executive search firm recently proved that this is not just an empty phrase, but a successful strategy for outstanding performance when it was named one of Germany's top executive search firms by Handelsblatt, a renowned German business newspaper.

On 8 May 2024, the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) and The IQ Company published the results of a comprehensive survey, in which a total of 307 leading recruitment consultancies were identified and subsequently evaluated. Of these consultancies, the 40 best – including EO Executives – received the special honour of the „Top Personalberatung“ award.

More than 20,500 employees from 2,800 recruitment consultancies were asked to nominate the most respected companies in their field. Subsequently, 48,000 managers and decision-makers in companies were asked about their experiences and judgements regarding these companies. The weighted scores of their responses revealed the current top 40 consultancies in Germany.
