EO Executives has been named one of Germany’s best executive search firms in 2026. The recognition by brand eins in cooperation with Statista adds to a series of prominent rankings. It reflects a consulting approach that goes beyond traditional placement and focuses leadership on measurable impact.

This year marks the first time that brand eins and Statista have published a ranking dedicated to executive search firms in Germany. Previous rankings mainly focused on other consulting fields such as management consulting and auditing. EO Executives is among the consultancies recognized in this inaugural list of Germany’s leading executive search firms.

For the ranking “Beste Personalberater in Deutschland 2026”, Statista surveyed more than 4,500 experts from executive search and human resources as well as candidates between October 6 and November 14, 2025. The evaluation included more than 18,000 recommendations. Participants were able to submit up to ten recommendations, supported by an autocomplete function listing more than 4,000 pre-researched companies.

Repeated Recognition by Leading Business Media

The recognition by brand eins and Statista follows several other industry awards EO Executives has received in recent years. In 2025, the German business newspaper Handelsblatt ranked EO Executives among the 40 leading executive search firms in Germany. In the same year, EO was recognized in the Personalberater-Index of WirtschaftsWoche in the categories consumer goods and mechanical engineering. Handelsblatt also awarded EO the “Top Executive Search Firm” seal in 2024, and in 2023 EO appeared in the WirtschaftsWoche ranking in the automotive and consumer goods categories.
