Lisa Wahl joins EO Executives as Partner, specializing in executive search within the contract furniture and living design space. She works with office furniture manufacturers, living design companies, workplace design firms, and contract textile businesses.
Her focus is on roles that directly shape competitiveness, including Managing Directors, CEOs, and VP Sales positions. Before starting a search, Wahl analyzes the full business context, including organizational setup, culture, and economic realities. Because the best candidate on paper means nothing if the conditions for impact aren't in place.
She brings more than 13 years of experience placing senior leaders in complex B2B environments, combined with her own leadership background in mid-sized companies. As a certified executive coach, she evaluates candidates not just on capability, but on personality, values, and cultural fit.

Andrea Beckel joins as Associate Partner, focusing on leadership roles in consumer markets where growth and transformation happen at the same time. Her core sectors include toys, baby and kids products, and family living. These markets are defined by intense competition, shifting consumer behavior, and increasing organizational complexity.
In these situations, Beckel sharpens role definitions, translates expectations into clear requirements, and highlights the factors that are often overlooked in selection processes. She brings more than 15 years of operational experience in sales, marketing, and international leadership roles. As Country Manager for DACH and Benelux in the toy industry, she has built markets herself. As an accredited INSIGHTS MDI practitioner, she combines market expertise with a structured view on personality and fit.
