Based in Amsterdam, he advises private equity–backed companies, family-owned businesses, multinationals and listed organizations on critical appointments at CEO, COO, CCO, and board level.

Over the past two decades, Jasper has worked across Industry, High Tech, Wholesale & Distribution markets where operational performance and organizational alignment are closely linked. His mandates typically sit in situations where expectations are high, conditions are evolving, and early decisions carry disproportionate weight.

His perspective is shaped by experience at the intersection of search, business development, and organizational reality. He brings a structured way of working, combined with a pragmatic understanding of how decisions translate into execution, particularly in environments where multiple stakeholders and competing priorities need to be aligned.

This becomes especially relevant in private equity contexts and in situations where value chains are being reshaped. Here, clarity on expectations, timing, and early priorities is often the difference between momentum and delay.
