Mads Transel has been a partner of the long-established executive search company Signium for many years. Since 01.05.2023 he is heading the new EO office in Copenhagen. Mads Transel has more than 25 years of national and international experience in various commercial and operational leadership positions in technology, telecom, software, SaaS, X-ray and retail, as well as several years in start-up and scale-up environments.
The Dane has lived and worked in England, Holland and Sweden, among other countries. Global mindset, passion for technological innovation and great understanding of human behaviour and psychology predestine him for his new role.

The goal of the new EO partner is to establish EO as the market leader for executive search in Denmark and to build a strong team of consultants.
